XTEChina is run by Tim Summers. Tim has spent most of the last sixteen years working on China, including practical experience through eight years as a British diplomat working in mainland China and Hong Kong. He has a strong research track record and a PhD in Chinese Studies. Tim also has particular expertise in southwest China.
